Tasty 3-ingredient Mango Smoothie for Kids!

Here is my delicious, refreshing and creamy mango smoothie – single serving- inspired by mango lassi, a popular Indian beverage! This is also conveniently low calorie and healthy, with only 169 calories!

The mango smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango – might taste sweeter with unfrozen mango

1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened

1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt

1 tbs honey (optional)

Pour these into a blender and start with the lowest setting, then slowly make your way up. Then you can serve!

I found it perfectly sweet without the honey, but it all depends on how ripe your mango is and personal presence.

Hurricane Island Outward Bound Ocean Kayaking

Hurricane Island Outward Bound Ocean Kayaking

In summer 2024, I participated in a sea kayaking course with friends organized by the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School in Maine. The week-long trip included challenging paddles, such as a ten-mile trek to return an instructor to the hospital and a twelve-mile journey. Highlights included a whale sighting, paddling through seal territory, and a reflective SOLO session. Despite the physical and mental demands, the camaraderie and shared experiences made it unforgettable.
